• Testing for cross-browser compatibility, usability, accessibility, Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Development & design of website CMS design using Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Joomla!
• Designing HTML E-mail for mass mail campaigns
• Managing Domain setup, DNS, MySQl databases, MX Records & E-mail accounts
• Creating, updating and maintaining multiple web sites
• Understanding of web design architecture, e.g. FTP client, the server/client relationship
• Interpreting different browsers, and industry standards and how they impact a website
• Creating media rich content including graphics, logos and animations for web sites and for print
• Collaboration with content providers
• Ensuring web site quality, performance and reliability
• Providing technical website support to clients
• Assisting clients with email queries and setup using remote access
• Fielding telephone calls/emails and dealing with enquiries (technical, administrative and accounting)
